*RETURN POLICY*

 

We hope that you are delighted with your order. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us via email.

 

We do not accept exchanges of products. If you wish to return an item purchased through wiebeauty.store, please follow the steps below.

 

*STEP 1. - Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return the Products*

 

Notify us of your wish to return any goods within seven (7) working days after delivery by emailing Customer Service at info@wiebeauty.com with your order details.

 

*STEP 2. - Returning The Product*

 

Please ensure all returned items are in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels attached.

 

*STEP 3. - Processing The Refund*

 

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, if you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the product, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition. You will receive an email notification of your refund from us.

 

There is no return shipping fee. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance, or for additional information.

 

Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used.

 

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.

*Damaged Items*

 

Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. While some wear on the shipping carton is normal, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at info@wiebeauty.com.

 

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service. To ensure a prompt resolution, retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

 

Please note that makeup products are sensitive to temperature, and we will not be held responsible for products damaged during shipping due to high-temperature environments.
